We provide a detailed quote including unit price, tooling/setup fees if applicable, packaging costs, and estimated shipping. Our design team reviews your artwork and provides optimization suggestions.
Before production begins, we send a full-scale digital mockup showing the card design on the selected wood species with the correct size and proportions. Production only starts after your written approval.
If you have reviewed our digital proof but still feel unsure, you may opt for a physical sample. We offer paid sample production. Of course, if your order quantity reaches 5,000 pcs or above, the sample cost will be refunded upon bulk production. Please note that sample shipping costs (via DHL) are to be covered by the buyer.
Full-scale production begins. We conduct in-process quality checks at 3 stages: after engraving/printing, after chip embedding, and final pre-shipment inspection. Production photos shared on request.
Cards are packed in agreed packaging, weighed, and documented. Shipping documents prepared. Tracking number provided within 24 hours of dispatch. DHL/FedEx: 3-7 days worldwide.
